N2 Purge Module

DivInd also has the capability to create solutions for gas applications, including but not limited to products like this nitrogen purge module. This device continually measures and displays the atomic nitrogen delivered using a pair of mass flow meters. The nitrogen flow rate through two adjustable independent gas outlet ports is displayed locally on the module and transmitted out as analog data streams to an external monitoring station. This is a Class 1, Division 2 hazardous material design.

DivInd also has the capability to remotely purify even the most hazardous or corrosive chemicals such as Mono-methyl Hydrazine (MMH) by using a Class 1, Division 2 rated design (ASME B31, BPV Standards, UL 698A, 1203). This propellant distillation system is fully transportable that includes a power plant trailer and distillation skid platform. It contains interlocks and redundancy in controls for safe operation. The operator can control the system from up to 2km away!
Parts Cleaning System
Parts Cleaning
DivInd supports customized parts cleaning applications such as the one presented here. The solvent inject was driven with ultrasonic variable frequency input per recipe. The system was designed to perform internal cleaning of parts, monitor and stream analyzed for particulates or non-volatile residue (NVR) . This universal platform can hold multiple designs, comes with bio decontamination certification and is UL 698A Intrinsically Safe.
